Day 1
Negombo
Arrive in Sri Lanka and stay closer to the airport for a brief time of relaxation before the start of the trekking and hiking tour of Sri Lanka. Stay in a comfortable guest house in Negombo.
Day 2
Dambulla
Climb and explore 5th century edifice of Sigiriya Rock Fortress built by King Kassapa. Stay in a simple guest house in Dambulla.
Day 3 & 4
Ampara
Explore the unexplored side of the Island and take a trek to a historical yet off the beaten ruined palace/monastery and a mysterious rock cliff accompanied by a tribal leader of Veddha community. Stay in a simple guest house.
Day 5 & 6
Knuckles Mountains
Trek the most remote villages of Mahiyanganaya and stunning Knuckles mountains peak exploring remote villages, home gardens, waterfalls, cloud forests, scenic lakes and Tea plantation. Stay in a basic tented camp.
Day 7
Kandy
Visit Temple of Tooth Relic to observe centuries old Buddhist pilgrimage rituals. Stay in a family owned guest house.
Day 8
Nuwara Eliya
Hike and explore northern side of Sri Lanka's highest mountain peak, Piduruthalagala. You will be witnessing very scenic side of this mountain which is an important site of Rama Ravana legend. Stay in a small hotel in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 9
Ohiya
Hike to the summit of Kirigalpoththa mountain, the 2nd highest mountain of Sri Lanka situated in Horton Plains National Park. Stay in a basic trekker's lodge in Ohiya.
Day 10 & 11
Ella
Trek through some of the most scenic Tea fields in the central mountains of Sri Lanka to the highest waterfall, Bambarakanda where you would be able to take a swim at the top of the waterfall after enjoying a picnic meal.
Day 12 & 13
Haputale
Trek and explore Monarakanda mountains of Haputale walking across jungle patches to scenic mountain cliffs. Enjoy swimming in natural rock pools, picnic lunches, clay pot rice & curries, Star gazing and mountain cliff BBQ dinners. Sleep on a mountain cliff in a tented camp.
Day 14 & 15
Dickoya
Take the scenic mountain train to Adam's Peak and explore the Adam's Peak's lesser known track through off the beaten path where you will be more likely to encounter with wildlife such as Sambar Deers and witness unusual views of this god owned mountain. Stay in a Tea plantation bungalow.
Day 16
Negombo
Take part in an adventurous White-Water Rafting in River Kelani before you move to Negombo for the last night of your ultimate trekking and hiking tour of Sri Lanka.
Day 17
Departure
